Great American Tower will transform Cincinnati skyline

..."I don't know of another place in the Midwest right now where the skyline is changing," says Doug Moormann, vice president of economic development for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.

The tower is backed by financing and commitments from two of Cincinnati's largest institutions.

The developer, Cincinnati-based Western & Southern Financial Group, is a Fortune 500 company that manages more than $47 billion in assets. The firm has landed financing to cover more than $318 million of the project's cost.

The anchor tenant is 137-year-old Great American Insurance Group. It will lease 67 percent, or 23 floors of the 41-story tower...
